Purpose
To build and lead a trusted Group Business Intelligence function that turns complex data into
clear, commercially actionable insight, enabling confident growth, enrolment, retention, and
investment decisions across the organisation.
Providing clear, actionable insight across the full parent lifecycle, improved ROI and
efficiency of marketing and admissions investment, robust forecasting accuracy and capacity
planning, robust evidence base for M&A decisions and post-acquisition value creation
This role exists to seamlessly connect strategy to execution, ensuring marketing,
admissions, M&A, and technology operate from the same evidence base and are aligned on
outcomes

Key Responsibilities
• Translating complex analysis and enterprise growth strategy into clear, measurable
insight priorities and actions
• Building and leading high-performing BI and analytics teams
• Influencing local countries BI or FP&A BI and FP&A function in a matrix organisation
• Operating as a strategic partner to marketing, admissions, finance, strategy, and
technology leaders
• Influencing senior stakeholders and boards, through data driven story telling
• Designing insight cadences aligned to operational and seasonal rhythms
BI Delivery & Enablement
• Delivery of reliable, robust key BI data for executive, board, and operational dashboards
• Defining enterprise-wide metrics, standards, and data definitions
• Partnering with technology to deliver scalable, reliable data pipelines
• Enabling self-service analytics while maintaining governance and quality
Growth, Enrolment & Retention
• Ensure full-funnel and cohort analysis across enrolment and retention
• Produce intake forecasting and scenario modelling by school, year level, and programme
• Design early-warning systems for attrition, disengagement, and yield risk
Experience
• Senior leadership experience in business intelligence, analytics, or growth intelligence
roles – working flexibly with a range of difference data source and BI systems to achieve
objectives
• Proven track record building and scaling BI or analytics functions from fragmented data
environments
• Proven track record of linking market intelligence data with internal data
• Hands-on experience with CRM, enrolment systems, marketing analytics platforms, and
BI tools
• Demonstrated impact improving enrolment growth, retention, and marketing ROI
• Experience supporting executive and board-level decision-making with data
• Experience of developing a BI road map and securing support and engagement from
senior leadership teams, including in an international environment
• Exposure to M&A analytics, portfolio performance management and investment
modelling
