ICM PARTNERS are looking for a Business Analyst to assist with the running of a number of significant change programmes.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering a range of projects across the business. You will be required to use your business analysis skills to help deliver better levels of service and ways of working via IT solutions.

Experience of technologies and methodologies such as Agile, RUP, formal requirements definition toolsets/methods, ITIL, Prince 2 will have an advantage. These are not essential but desirable.Experience of working in the retail sector would be advantageous. Strong stakeholder management and good communication skills are key.

Skills Required:

•Strong Analysis skills and process design experience.
•Able to work in cross-functional teams
•Capability to document processes and designs in such a way that both the IT and non IT stakeholders can easily understand the solution.
•Ability to work closely with the business, building trust as well as understanding the technical implications of any business process design agreed.

The duration of this role is 6 -12 months initially based in the North West. Day rate £400 – £425 a day depending on experience.
