A company based in Liverpool requires a HR focused Business Analyst to join a key change project.

You will be working around a customer operations related project, you will be accountable for the following key deliverables:

• Undertake relatively complex business analysis to deliver the required business change, adhering to all appropriate governance. The role holder will be expected to understand how their deliverables will help the business achieve its goals
• Work closely with business representatives to fully analyse, understand and document the business needs, challenging as appropriate and documenting any problems or opportunities for escalation
• Perform relatively complex business analysis tasks in support of the definition, agreement and prioritisation of functional and non-functional requirements

To be considered you will possess the following key skills and experience:

• Strong Business analysis skills and a background in financial services – essential
• Excellent communication an stakeholder management skills
•  In depth experience of solution development, requirements management and process analysis
