ICM PARTNERS are working with a leading UK organisation to engage an experienced Head of Business Transformation on an interim basis to lead a number of large scale programmes over the next 12 months.

This organisation is going through 5 year strategic programme with the intention of being best in class across a number of areas once the strategic plans are fully implemented.

To ensure successful delivery, we are looking for an experienced change professional who has a track record of delivering similar size transformational   programmes.

Responsibilities

• Leading delivery of several workstreams in the business transformation programme.
• Working closely with business, IT and stakeholders to develop and implement efficient and effective processes and controls within the business and across the Group where appropriate
• Developing and implementing a training programme to ensure that all employees are effectively trained in standard ways of working
• Lead and develop a small team of business change professionals in delivery of all business change projects.

It is essential that you can show evidence of not only delivering a programme from a commercial perceptive, but also in terms of bringing people on board and taking them through a journey so they feel part of the transformation. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team is also important.
