ICM PARTNERS are looking for a Programme Manager to join a leading UK organisation to be responsible for organising, and implementing a high scale programme that is very complex in nature.  This role will allow you to build strong relationships with and gain the trust of the senior leadership team, understanding their priorities and the business benefits of your programme.

You will need to:

• Provide change planning to enable programmes to land right first time with maximum impact working to the organisations strategic objectives
• Effectively coordinate inter-dependencies between elements of the programme including oversight of any risks and issues arising
• Ensure effective collaboration between all teams and individuals involved in delivery
• Able to make connections between different streams of work to maximise opportunities
• Demonstrates ability to influence and persuade others to achieve common goals and objectives

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced in leading programmes or large projects, with significant hands on experience
• High impact and influencing skills, managing multiple stakeholders during complex programmes
• Strong track record of engaging and influencing cross functional stakeholders to create a common ambition and alignment in complex programmes
• Someone who works at pace, bringing solutions and resolutions through collaborative working
• An individual who can create and maintain focus, enthusiasm and momentum, realising performance through others, motivating and leading from the front
• A confident, good and consistent communicator who can clearly set expectations at all levels of the organisation
• Diligent and tenacious with programme disciplines and the ability to draw on the right tools for a particular programme or programme stage of development from definition to completion
• Ability to manage change effectively

Location for the role is based in the North West. Day rate £500 – £700 depending on experience.
