ICM PARTNERS are currently recruiting for a number of Project Managers to be accountable for the delivery of a transformation programme.

You will be required to provide leadership, advice and assistance in any area associated with the Business Change to the identified benefits are delivered for the investment.

Working across all areas of the business to ensure the right level of input and engagement is achieved from all interested parties, the role holder will create and manage a plan for each project that is to be delivered to ensure good control and high quality delivery.

KEY SKILLS

• Deliver a portfolio of business change projects in response to business need.
• Manage the business analysis to ensure requirements are understood and clear.
• Manage the identification of the most appropriate solution in response to each business need.
• Manage the implementation of each project covering all standard project management activities under structured methods such as definition, planning, financial control, risks, issues change management etc. in each project.
• Manage third party suppliers in the successful delivery of services in support of the portfolio.
• Provide informative reporting to the Programme Manager, and if required to executive level stakeholders.

 KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Minimum of 5 years Project Management experience across a range of industries.
• Demonstrable track record of delivery in a complex environment.
• Analytical approach to problem solving, combined with a creative flair and commercial awareness.
• Able to negotiate desired outcomes from stakeholders at all levels.

This is an interim assignment, initial duration will be 6 months. Location is Liverpool, Day rate £350 – £500 depending on experience.
