I-CM PARTNERS are working with a client and we are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to help deliver a MS Dynamics 365 programme.

Overview of Role:

• End-to-end responsibility for scoping, planning and delivering business change projects/workstreams within a complex ERP implementation programme. Workstream remit includes delivery of business analysis, process mapping, business change, comms, training, benefits tracking.
• Responsible for management and oversight of third-party supplier within their specific workstream(s)
• Direct management of a workstream comprising c. 5 – 10 direct reports (team members) and 20 – 30 indirect reports (SMEs, colleagues)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and then provide day-to-day management of the activities, workload and deliverables of their workstream, including resource allocation and dependency management, to ensure delivery against the overall programme outcomes and wider business strategy.
• Manage the work of the supplier team within the business change workstream, ensuring delivery of contractually agreed milestones and outcomes are tracked in line with programme and project plans.
• Manage a team of people and be responsible for ensuring they are able to perform at a high standard. Provide support & direction to the team, ensuring good project and change management disciplines are in place to support successful change execution
• Apply effective stakeholder management – both at senior management and colleague level, to ensure dependencies are clearly understood, accepted and owned by the appropriate parties
• Identify and proactively management workstream risks, issues, dependencies – ensuring they are adequately recorded and mitigated, with timely escalation as appropriate
• Ensure business change and business readiness planning is effectively completed, ensuring the approach and plan covers change delivery to all impacted colleagues and business units.
• Ensure the workstream drives the greatest benefits and optimisation for the business through challenging the status quo
• Deputise for the programme manager when required, including facilitation of programme governance forums

Experience:

• Significant experience of delivering projects/workstreams within complex technology or business transformation programmes
• Proven track record of managing supplier delivery within complex programmes & projects
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals, including ‘managing individuals who are also managers’
• Strong communication and influencing skills, up to senior manager/director level
• Strong commercial awareness
