ICM PARTNERS are working with a client who are about to embark on a significant period of change and require a Programme Delivery Director to head the programme and ensure successful delivery.

The successful candidate will be able to show significant experience of establishing and managing complex programmes/projects. Experience in the mobile telecoms / retail industry leading cross functional programmes and project delivery will be advantageous but not essential. You will have experience of delivering success in a fast changing and uncertain environment. Proven ability to build effective strategic working relationships for the benefit of the Project/Programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

Programme leadership and execution of programme specific initiatives with a focus on delivery.- Leadership of a portfolio of projects and delivery to time, quality and budget.- Leading a varied team of professionals to analyse business requirements and translate these into project deliverables. – Ensure the programme is professionally managed.- Pro-actively and effectively managing all aspects of communication related to the Project.

This is an interim role, duration 12 – 18 months. Location North West of England. Day rate £800 – £1000 depending on experience.
